So I have a budget between 1000$ and 1250$  to buy the config (I have already bought the case and its a NZXT Phantm PHAN-001WT White Steel, i also have two monitor, a mouce and a keyboards)... I dont like any brand more than an other and i dont plan on overclocking it.


 


I want to play game like arma 3, BF4 and more...I would also do school works on it and go on facebook and youtube...

you may regret not having a unlocked cpu if you choose a locked cpu, a i5 is fine for gaming, you would need a i7 for stuff like rendering, video editing, photoshop and those types of stuff

Thank you Deletive but shoud i add more fans or a water cooling systeme for the cpu

Watercooling is generally unnecessary unless you are a serious overclocker.  Upgrade in the future if you really want to, but I suggest starting off with aircooling.

 

Also, even if you don't plan on overclocking now, just get an unlocked CPU anyways.  You may change your mind in a few months or years.
