Nope sorry, the core have to be the same core. 660 with 660 or 760 with 760.

Can I Connect a GTX 660 with a 760 in SLI (both twinfrozr and 2gb GDDR)

No. Same GPU only.

Nope. nVidia require the same exact card (so not even gtx770/680 will work even though they're the 'same' one just has a different name'.

 

AMD have it a little different, has to be the same chip. E.g. A tahiti radeon 7950 will x fire with a tahiti r9 280x
