I just want to know what changes you would make to it. Also is it worth OCing cause I don't really know if I should or not.

It says it couldn't find the link in the directory.

do you know a good cheap case for good air flow? 

I'm just saying to do lots of research on the case before you buy one. Last thing you wanna do is brick a card.

It is $75 over your budget. You can save $30 by not taking aftermarket CPU cooler and use only stock cooler. You can buy aftermarket one later. It is really hard to do solid $1000 build with CA prices.

R9 290 is 15-30% faster than R9 280x (depends on which game you play). Also R9 290 will destroy R9 280x on resolutions higher than 1080p. If you are willing to spend more money on R9 290 then go for it.

 

EDIT

 

Or hold your breath with GPU because I believe this week new GTX 900 series from NVIDIA are comming out so you should look on GTX 970 prices as well.
