System Crash

Hello everyone. So today I ran across an unfortunate problem. My system is in my signature. So this is what happened. I was playing some Team Fortress 2, everything was going fine, then all of the sudden it just outright froze, the image was still displayed but nothing responded. I thought "Wierd, TF2 is a light game, my GPU shouldn't crash to this" So I had to press the Resert button on my Case, and everything booted back up normally and continued playing. What do you know, 5 minutes later, it crashed in the exact same way. I was starting to get worried and frustrated, I made sure my GPU was at stock clocks, my temps were all fine, 54C on GPU, and 45C on CPU (While playing). So then after that, I ran Kombustor and it ran fine, so then I decided to run Prime95 alongside Kombustor, to see if my 4.4GHz overclock was stable (Which it was, I had run P95 for 12 hours on that overclock), but when I opened P95, my whole system crashed once again in the same manner. So I went into my BIOS and reset everything, the CPU back to 3.5 GHz, everything reset. I run P95 by itself, no problem, kick up Kombustor while P95 running? System crash exactly like before. I can only run one of the two programs at the same time. Then I wondered if it was my PSU, it's a Corsair CX600, so I wondered if it's just faulty and can't handle both my GPU and CPU on load, which it must've become faulty recently because I remember doing stress tests on both my CPU and GPU before simultaneous. Is there any way I could test my PSU? Or if it's something else, it may even be my motherboard, but I'm not exactly sure. What do you guys think the problem seems to be. Any help or even replies is great, thanks heaps in advance guys.

Problem is, this only started happening today, and it's in most games. I highly appreciate your help though.
