So my SSD isnt really running at those insane speeds right? D:

Your SSD isn't. Your RAM is.

This basically uses some of your ram to make a ramdisk to cache recently used files. Since you don't have 120GB of ram, not all your data is cached there, so very little of it will actually take advantage of those speeds.

Are these speeds normal?

That's the theoretical top speed of that SSD. Turn off the Magician software ram caching stuff and rerun the benchmark, you should get less than the max listed speed.
