Dead Pixels on Acer Monitor

Top left corner of my monitor has 2 pixel areas, one at the top left and and a tiny line in grey near the windows logo sign.

Any temporarily fixes or do I need to buy a new monitor?

This had help my tv when it had dead pixel (This not 100% it's going to work) but it helps just leave it running. In Full Screen of course

Warning: Don't look directly at it will hurt your eyes

I think I have a dead or stuck pixel on my HP monitor, so I'm hoping that video will help my display as well. Thanks! :)

ON A 7 MONTH BREAK FROM THESE LTT FORUMS. WILL BE BACK ON NOVEMBER 5th.
