I just upgraded to i7 4790k and Asus Maximus VII Hero Z97 and couldn't be happier.

I just ordered my I7 4790k and Asus Maximus VII Hero. Hope it goes well, I would assume it does.

4790K will be great for allround use, productivity gaming streaming and such.

For pure gaming the 4690K will be totaly fine.
