GTX 780 or R9 290. I'm not even sure whether you'll be playing any games in that aspect ratio 53:9

Now when you say run... I assume you are talking about 60 fps. I would have to say maybe go for some form of crossfire configuration

 

A 295x2 would be more than adequate probably.

Yeah a 295X2 would probably work just fine for that resolution. What game supports it though, that's a different question.
