HELP! new PSU= no Boot

the prob is that when everything is conected it doesnt boot i provide a video i made myself

is the SATA Cables connected for the hardrives, that could be why it isn't booting windows.

yes it is, in the video is not seen well cuz of the bunch of  cables but it is

So Both the Power and data cables are plugged in strange im not a huge expert in computers but I can't think of why else it isn't booting if they're are functioning properly. You should try swapping out the cables and testing them or go through the whole process of elimination taking everything non essential out and slowly adding them to see where is messes up.

That is completey retarded I umpluged my external HD and now works... perfect
