HELP! new PSU= no Boot

That is completey retarded I umpluged my external HD and now works... perfect

those are the specs of the pc

is the SATA Cables connected for the hardrives, that could be why it isn't booting windows.

So Both the Power and data cables are plugged in strange im not a huge expert in computers but I can't think of why else it isn't booting if they're are functioning properly. You should try swapping out the cables and testing them or go through the whole process of elimination taking everything non essential out and slowly adding them to see where is messes up.

well there is your problem not sure of the cause but keep posting if you have any more issues relating to it :D
