Good over ear headphones under 150$

Hey guys,

I have a friend who is looking for a good pair of over the ear headphones due to the different shape of his inner ear. His budget is under 150$ and he is will be listening to all types of music. Most of the stuff I recommended to him was inner ear stuff, so that's why I'm seeking advise from you guys.

Would he like to have portable Over-Ears or only for home-use? 

 

If you want extremely comfortable headphones, the HD558s or HD518's are fantastic for the price. (Home use) 

 

I've got a review on the HD598's and they're all pretty much equal in comfort.

I beg to differ. They aren't bad headphone by any means, just really overhyped. The m40x are a better overall package than the m50s
