Hi everybody I have a PC with a boring cheapy case on it (some casecom crap) this is my main PC and would like to make it a bit more interesting so does anyone have any ideas what I could do? I had a kind of JDM theme idea but it would have to be relatively simple to do as would be fist mod

Not much. Maybe you can paint the Rising Sun logo that I always see relate to it. Either that, or stickerbomb it. It's JDM.

Ps. JDM just means japanese domestic market. 
Real JDM cars are just cars in factory trim. (Special wing mirrors,Headlights or whatever else was done in japan but not in europe or the us)
So you could just leave the case completely bone stock. Since that's probably how it was sold in japan as well.
I get what you mean. And it's meaning has shifted to mean a specific kind of styling in western countries. But it just irritates me for some reason.
Stickerbombing,Mangabombing etc is pretty common though. And you could get it wrapped/dipped with/in a film that looks like a bunch of stickers.
Or you could take the case apart. Scuff a few bits and paint others in different colours. Since cars are usually just treated as appliances in japan. (Yes. even by the drifters)

No I'm not after ricer I'm after JDM styling not rice ... And I don't want to buy a new case anyway

Just some handmade sketches(yes, I know the front looks nasty, but it should be 5cm higher than the top 5.25"bay, and curves to the top panel, which should be ~4cm higher or something).The top is going to be simple: vents like on the Alienware Aurora, and a "Start Engine"button.The side panel is going to be a window, inside, there will be a plastic/acrylic cover with the rising  sun that covers both the psu and the HDD slots.On the bottom of the front cover, the reset switch is a hazard light button.

I think the Rising Sun on one of the side panels would look good, as well as some bright neon colors. (JDM/Drift).

Yeh anything that's gonna be seen has to be on the main acsess side panel as my PC lives up against a wall in my bedroom under a desk p.s stuff on top and front would be seen too

You know the green and yellow one means beginning driver? You don't want a beginners car.

Also if the case is not Japanese then why making it jdm it just makes nonsense. Make it cdm (Chinese domestic market).

Because I like Japanese cars so was trying to put Japanese car stuff on my pc

Update:

This build will sadly be delayed as my computer wouldn't turn in so I reset my BIOS and now windows is broken so gonna have to back up PC and reinstall windows then I can get on with this build :) but at the mo I'm designing it in sketch up on my dads pc
