Since it's about case i thought this would be the best Subforum to post this...

Which filter is better http://www.moddiy.com/products/Premium-Ultra-Thin-0.17mm-PVC-Case%7B47%7DFan-Dust-Filter-Material.html or http://www.moddiy.com/products/Premium-Dust-Filter-Material-%2850cm-x-40cm-x-3mm%29-.html ,for my Coolermaster Jetflo 120mm fans, that won't effect their performace (if there is any reduce) and will keep more dust out of my computer?

The first one won't stop much dust, the mesh isn't very dense.  The latter should stop more dust but will slightly hinder airflow.

So u recommend the second one, since the reduce of performance is slighly and it keep more dust?

Absolutely, the slight decrease in airflow is worth stopping more dust from entering your case.
