[Question] Overclocking Intel i7 5820k

Hello

 

I just ordered myself a new computer.

And i was going to use the Intel I7 5820k and MSI x99 Gaming 9 AC as motherboard.

 

 

Have anyone any experience with overclocking this CPU and can comment some scores and how they did?

 

 

I'm thinking of overcloking it, as i'm also buying a Corsair h110 with High Pressure Corsair Fans.

I'd get a Noctua D15, not one of them closed loop devices. If you want to watercool, do it right or don't do it at all.

I'm also likely gonna buy the 5820K.

For cooling I was thinking of a 9 x 120 rad (Phobya Xtreme NOVA) + 9 x Scythe Slip Stream 120mm 1200rpm fans.

I want an OC of 4,5 ghz, but have no idea if the rad I mentioned is enough. (It should be though???)
