Corsair RMA Question

Go to solution Solved by Smeyer40,

Thanks guys for the answers. I select all as the best for the reason that they gave me an idea and I appreciate that!

here in the states, my h100 RMA took 3-weeks (waited for newer version of pump

controller), PSU AX850 RMA was 10-days. all depends if item is in stock at time of

initial RMA to get to Corsair plus two days.

My last corsair RMA, once received, took about 3 weeks to get to me. Course, I am in Canada, so your mileage may be better...

It took like 3weeks to a month for me. I've RMA'ed 3 kits of ram and a mouse to Corsair and they all took about the same amount of time. You might get lucky and it arrives in like 2 weeks though. The great thing about Corsair RMA is that they send you new replacements while other companies only send you refurb products.

Edit: By the way my timeline includes the time spend getting the product to Corsair which was usually 2-3 days.

To those with any knowledge about this,

Corsair just received my RMAd H100i today and I am wondering how long it typically takes for a replacement to be sent back?
