Sometimes with VGA the TV limits to 1600x1200 and sometimes a TV cannot go 1080p via VGA (DVI or newer is required). Check the different cable types.

Thanks guys for the answers!I use the dvi-vga adapter and the vga cable for the monitor,is the adapter the problem?

I just now tried with the minihdmi-hdmi cable, and the desktop is more larger infact the start bar is not seen.I tried to change the desktop by nvidia panel but nothing happens.

I suspect it is a limitation of the TV. Try a monitor if you can.

This is the problem,i have only 1 monitor (1280x1024)  :(

To be more blunt, the problem is with the TV. It most likely does not support what you want. I had this issue with an old Samsung TV long time ago. Best bet is to buy a new TV or monitor.

You need to check whether the TV supports 1080p, then try using a hdmi cable to connect it to the 750 (assuming the model you have has a hdmi port). Alternatively you can hook up your tv to the graphics card and 1024 to the motherboard if you have integrated graphics.

I have almost the same, 1080p (hdmi) tv/monitor and a 1024 square thing (vga) both running off a gtx 780.
