Port Forward

I am having trouble port forwarding my ASUS RT-N53 router.  It is connected via Ethernet from my Xfinity modem, then my pc is connected to that via Ethernet.  I would like to forward Minecraft Server but im not sure how to do it with this config.

Is upnp not working?

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC
