Checkered dots on pages when scrolling

Its very annoying and has been happening on only Chrome anyone know how to fix this? Also i cant turn off hardware acceleration as my FX-8320 has no graphics

Man, there has been so many people with chrome probelms lately. Maybe the answer can be found in another of those threads?

What I think it is, is the page has yet to be rendered. Don't know how to fix it.

I don't have this problem on my desktop, only on my laptop.

Actually, i KINDA see it when i scroll really fast, but only for a split second and i barely notice it. I guess it's a chrome thing :P

Is this actually a problem? I was thinking it is a feature to only load and render content that you can see.

Its a chrome issue for sure other browsers dont do that
