Low voltage triggered switch

Do these exist, or can you make it?

 

Just an on/off switch which turns from 1 to 0 when voltage hits 11.4v so i won't damage my battery in my DIY boombox.

ATM I'm using a voltage meter from ebay and when it displays <11.5v i turn of my boombox manually.
