Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or Galaxy S5?

mineat

Have to choose a new work phone but I have a hard time deciding ... Friend's Galaxy S5 and 8200 mah battery seems awesome so Apple and Microsoft are not up to my mind. Since the new phone is supposed to live with me for like 2 years, so..what's the average life span of Samsung phone?

Anyone have opinions? Samsung Galaxy Note 4 or Galaxy S5?

Still using a Galaxy Nexus as a backup phone. Haven't really tried the note 4 and the s5, mainly using my note 3.

It'll easily last two years. Do you like Android, or is it features of the Samsungs themselves?

Here's the way I decided between the note 3 and the S5. The two phones are VERY similar, however the note 3 having the spen I feel is more for productivity than anything. The amount you can do with accuracy is just awesome. Having the larger screen is another huge plus to me. The S5 seems to be for the more casual person. Someone who wants a smaller screen, someone who is more active to take advantage of the heart rate sensor.

Now I know you're talking about the note 4 instead, but the same logic still applies. What is more appealing to you? Would you benefit from having the spen and larger screen? Would you like the touch to unlock, the smaller screen and the heart rate sensor more? Those are the biggest factors because nearly everything else is identical between the phones. I chose the note 3 for the spen and the larger screen. I wanted a big phone because I have large hands that take advantage of it. Drawing, doing floor plan layouts with the spen etc. is very handy to me.

Both phones are packed with tons of features and there is very little difference between the two. You just have to find which differences matter most to you, either way you wont regret choosing either one. They're both great phones.
