Can running your rig on top of your motherboard box (until the case comes) damage your motherboard?

I've been patiently waiting for NZXT to restock their H440 Blue/Black edition case for about a month now and have had all my other boards running in a sort of test bench setup but without a test bench. I have the 780ti installed and was wondering if running this on top of the box with a kind of heavy gpu could bend some of the metal on the bottom of the motherboard and if that would be a serious problem or not.

Support the GPU with something to stop it leaning on the PCIE bracket and it'll be fine.

be careful

Don't spill Mountain Dew on it, ok?

Yeah, im not moving it or anything, i was just wondering if the weight of the GPU would maybe hurt something on the bottom of the board.

No problem except dust. Keep it clean and you are good.
