I want to find a smartwatch around 200E that doesn't need a phone to make calls...

regular screen so it can be readable and built screen microphone and speakers...

Could get him that new Samsung smartwatch that was just announced. Dunno when it'll be available, nor do I know the price, but it doesn't require a phone to use. It has 3G connectivity, so you can pop your SIM card into it and theoretically use it as a smartphone.
