Computer & Sound stuttering problems

Hi!

So i started noticing that my computer has started to stuttery a bit when playing music, 
I think it affects my computer overall but it's alot easier to notice with music on since it laggs up for about 0.1 to 0.3 seconds and then it continues like nothing happened.

a complete system scan with AVAST showd nothing wrong at all.

What might be causing this?  :huh: 

i havent been installing annything new more than some steam games and possibly a skype update
but having skype on or off completley doesnt help at all.

EDIT: It seems to be triggered a bit if i make my system load a new website for some reason

sound drivers?

Havent touched anny at all, i can try updating them

Havent noticed it since i updated them now...Im confused as to what caused it though :S

Some times drivers get small bugs in them if theres an issue in the code. Then this bug will remain until the drivers are completely reinstalled. This can also happen is the drivers don't shut down correctly, or your PC loses power, or you BSOD.
