when i first read they were using the 1.4Ghz Qualcomm chip the first thing that came to me was

the death of MIPS :(

 

 this isnt like what is found on phones

as i can see here this has a network accelerator and also seem that its missing NEON which isnt necessary on a router

 

i really hope Tomato starts supporting Qualcomm now since this inst mips and shibby sure as hell doesnt want to support mips

he seems to be moving to ARM which is great news for the new nighthawk

I wonder where can I find what mine uses? I checked the manufacturers site and couldn't find it.
