Downloading onto USB

My download speeds at my apartment complex are pathetic. I mean really bad. Like right now as I type this I'm downloading SC onto my new rig at 140KB/s. It was 20KB/s a few minutes ago. The downloader time said 5 days at one point...

Enough ranting though; would I be able to download things such as: Curse Client, Raidcall, battle.net client, lolclient, bf4, steam, etc onto a flash drive and then just transfer the files over?

YOu should be able to download just the clients needed to download the games over, I have never heard of Installing and transfering them over once installed.

You can safe the installers of origin games and copy these onto the flash drive.

Origin won't allow you to transfer games. At least at the time I did it, it wouldn't do it. I had to redownload 20gb of BF4+patches, it was such a paaaaain, just thinking about it makes me sick!

I have a separate origin games folder on my D drive, after I re-installed windows I was able to select that folder to be the current game library. The I just attempted to download every game I had on the dive and origin auto detected the existing game folders. I didn't need to download anything.

 

I think it could work.
