Maximum voltages for 4790K?

Go to solution Solved by Toddwjp,

Hmm, that is a nice amount, what do you think would the max OC be for that?

i reckon you can get 4.5-4.7

1.3-1.35v for a daily driver voltage.

1.3 seems to be the standard max (for sensible people) you will probably be fine at a lower voltage though depending on how your clocks

it depends you should easily hit 4.4ghz though as that's its turbo i dont see it going too much further but it all depends on the chip i would say 4.6 is a reasonable expectation

It all depends on your chip, I reckon about 4.7 mabye 4.8.

for a 24/7 keeping the voltages close to 1.3/1.325 for longevity. 1.35 for quick

hops, 1.45 for bonsai validation. you'll notice a temperature difference from 1.25

to 1.35 and then to 1.4 will not be linear but ramp up quickly.
