some guys over at the university of Kaiserslautern have been testing the use of the oculus rift on board a roller coaster.

In march of 2014 rollercoaster manufacturer mack rides who are also the owner of the german themepark europa park started a test project where they have a laptop on board of the coaster train hooked up to an oculus and on that oculus they have a simulation playing with e.g. a monster chasing the person on the train. there is also no motion sickness or dizzyness according to the students. they even we're able to slighty change the layout on the oculus rift because our body isn't that precise when it comes to the angle of a turn.

Oh good, that way you wont be able to see your death coming when the coaster derails. (yeah I just don't do roller coasters, someone forgets to tighten one bolt properly or something and your dead. unlikely yes, but not worth the risk for me)

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Same thing for me, I hate beeing around a bomb when someone disarms it, just one cut or something and your dead. unlikely yes, but not worth the risk for me

More likely to be around a roller coaster than a bomb.
