you can try hit that speed but be careful on the amount of voltage you are loading your CPU with

anything above 1.3+V is bad typically for Intel chip

you mileage will vary

keep your RAM speed as defaults for stability

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

You say me to that i can reach 4,2 easy in about 1,2 voltage and set the ram as it has default?

Ps: which is the maximum speed for 4670k? 4,4?

it still down to the CPU you got

your mileage will vary

some cant hit 4GHz without over volting to over 1.3 volts

Is my first time that oc thats why i am so nervous

take it slowly

with the stock voltage

bump up the multiplier until it fails to boot

then bump up the voltage and repeat the cycle

It is also important to mention that the OP should be doing proper stress tests with the cpu.  I am running Prime 95 24 hrs on a cpu right now and I know others will too when overclocking in order to make sure a cpu overclock is tested fully or well adequately.

for starter

I will suggest using the Intel Extreme Tuning software or AIDA64

prime95 under the hands of a first time user will fry the CPU pretty quick

Not if the person downloads Prime95 and asks for help on how to use it or looks it up.  It isn't rocket science.  Now as for Intel Extreme Tuning software I have it installed and will say it is fun to use.  It has a very nice GUI and works well.
