Overclock cpu

Hello guys today i mqde my pc and i wonder if there is any "guide" out there how to overclock my cpu,and what programs i will need.

Cpu: intel core i5 4670k

Cpu cooler: coolermaster hyper 212 evo

Also pls tell me how ghz i will try to oc just dont burn anything cuz today i buy all parts.

you dont overclock a cpu with programs and what motherboard do you have?

youtube is your friend although overclocking isnt really needed on higher end cpus because games are more gpu intensive but your going to overclock the cpu in the bios of the motherboard.  i would reccomend just leaving it at the stock speed and then overclock later when you figure out how.

For gpu i am with gigabyte r9 270x you think is a good gpu for new games?

Or if you're really lazy ASUS auto overclocking, isn't actually that bad.

 

Just tell it you have watercooling so it attempts more than 1.2v
