HELP! Building my first PC!

Hey! I am building my first PC, I want to get the R9 280 (http://pcpartpicker.com/user/123icebuggy/saved/bHstt6). I would prefer NVIDIA though. Are there any graphics card from $200-$250 that are the same or better then the 280? I would like the 280x as well, is it good to get it off eBay? (I live is Aus where stuff is really expensive, especially video cards!

It's not good to get it off ebay because some cards were used for mining. The mining cards could break suddenly. Although you can find cards off ebay but you have to be careful to buy which card.

my budget is around $600 (AUS). So I need a good Graphics card. I have already bought the Ram, Optical Drive, Case, and PSU. So that $600 is what I have left (I can take a loan from my Dad). And what is card mining?

Also this card will be used mostly for BF4 at 900p 60hz

I would like to run it High-Ultra with Anti-Aliasing (I want nvidia for shadowplay)

i can only think of GTX750Ti

 

look for the one with a 6 pin power plug

 

so that you can OC the GPU

 

 

check the price of the GTX760 if the price is close to 250 dollars

Turns out my old man said he would pay the difference of a $319 (Aus price) 280x from gigabyte. Gotta love ya Dad!
