Pretty nice deal for 1920x1200 ips panels. I quite enjoy the two I have on a Rosewill RHMS-11003. These use the same panels as the Dell U2412M but are quite a bit cheaper.

Neither of them manufacture the panels themselves. You're also going to have to be more specific about which monitors you're comparing.

The Acer display is better. It has a higher resolution, a better stand, vesa mounting options, and better rear i/o. I'm pretty sure it has a better panel as well.
