why is this so fast. i mean is it because its done downloading and its installing. or has it some magical fucking download speed. even though i pay for 50 Mb/s. i also am downloading a game on steam at 5MB/s. WHY?

yes but im downloading starcitizen patch at 18, and a steam game at 5 so its above 6.25 xD

It's applying a patch, not downloading a patch.

  • its the server
  • its the isp throttling
