Because you need to update BIOS in order to use it with that CPU, if you have a Haswell CPU (not haswell-refresh or DC) then you can update it, the other way is RMA asking for a BIOS update or getting a H/Z97 MB

and use quote function -_- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> Over there

or nobody will see your replies

i do not have any haswell cpu (So am i f****d up)

Any of your friends or family have a non-refresh haswell cpu they could give you for a few minutes? otherwise you'll need to RMA the motherboard or bring it to a local computer shop and have them update the bios for you.Sorry mate, but that's why you need to do your homework before purchasing parts.

What do you mean doing rma to the motherboard? And how i can do it?

contact the vendor, explain your problem and ask if they'll take it back and send an updated one. The easier way would probably be to have a computer shop do it for you, shouldn't cost too much. You could also pick up the cheapest non-refresh haswell CPU you can find, use it to update your BIOS and then sell it on ebay when you're done.
