my debut was in '93 when I stuck a banana in my dads brand new VCR

Does it even turn on?

Are the white letters for your power on button facing up, most motherboards like the white lettering facing up.

Motherboard might not support that cpu (check the official support list online).

Really press on the 20+4 pin connector.  This was my problem with a  few builds for friends i would be a baby and not push hard enough.  Make sure the ram is all the way in.  You have a system speaker?????? are there any LEDs on the motherboard that would be lighting up?

Pc turns on, but no signal to display.

I have tried Intel Celeron G1840, no luck. (First try was "Intel Pentium G3258"  "Haswell refresh", no luck.)

i can´t even get to bios

There is a way to update your BIOS without having to go into Windows or your BIOS screen. In your manual look for the section ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 utility. It describes there how to load a BIOS from a USB stick or using your DVD with your drivers on it. Before using the new Intel 4th generation processors, download the BIOS updater tool  to rename the BIOS to the one needed for your board also.

So i should try a new mobo then?

I would look for know problems from people with the same mobo or send it back to the manufacture  and get a new one
