How do you think this will run. GAMING High - max settings. let me know what you think or if there's anything I could change :D thanks

Already have 500w PSU -

8 gig ram

i3 4160 - $100-- only $10 more then 4150 Micro Center

Radeon r9 280 - $162 at Micro Center

You triple posted, and it is "your" opinion, not "you're".

 

The R9 280 is going to get you to high on almost every game on 1080p.

Before purchasing the motherboard/cpu see if it has an updated bios, otherwise the Haswell Refresh (devil's cannon) won't work out of the box (you need to update the bios). If you happen to have access to a 1150 CPU that you can borrow to do the update, or if this motherboard comes pre-updated go for the i3 4160. If not, you will have to settle with the i3 4130
