in a new system

it is not a good idea to mix RAMs

they may work

but after a few year

memory errors will appear

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

il let someone else handle the RAM.

you do not need 9 case fans for this rig you can get by with half of that or less

Thanks!

I know about the overkill with fans but i like the airflow and are quiet ones so...

Thanks!

I know about the overkill with fans but i like the airflow and are quiet ones so...

i mean that case can only mount 6x 120mms and a 140mm no reason to buy anymore than that  so just drop some of the dual packs since the case already comes with 3 120mms and a 140mm

Well one of the dual packs are Corsair SP 120 Quiet those are for the 212+

The ones that already come with the case are gonna be gifted to a friend of mine who need some fans so...

P.D. Sorry for the bad English

I would ditch all the aftermarket fans and put the $120 into other parts.

You should get a 2x4GB memory kit. Otherwise there is a small chance that you will not be able to get the memory working in dual channel mode.

You may want to consider the EVGA 220-G2-0850-XR psu. It is a few dollars less expensive and has a longer warranty.

By eliminating the aftermarket fans one could contemplate a build such as this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($338.99 @ NCIX US)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  (Purchased For $0.00)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($139.99 @ Newegg)

Memory: PNY XLR8 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($149.59 @ Amazon)

Storage: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (Purchased For $0.00)

Storage: OCZ Vertex 3 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  (Purchased For $0.00)

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($52.91 @ OutletPC)

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB DirectCU II Video Card  ($599.99 @ NCIX US)

Case: NZXT H440 (Black/Red) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($109.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: Cooler Master V850 850W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($123.00 @ Newegg)

Keyboard: SteelSeries APEX Wired Gaming Keyboard  ($81.32 @ NCIX US)

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Thanks!

I´m not going Intel side this occasion, I want the FX-8350 this time

I did the list in PCPartpicker only for reference, I live in Mexico a place where is a little bit hard to find certain models like the PSU you recommend and the components of the pc are are little bit more expensive given the currency exchange

An example is the i7 is 338USD so in Mexican pesos is 4,444

But where I´m gonna buy the parts the i7 is in Mexican Pesos 6,093 so in USD are 463.07

So for the sake of my wallet I need the FX

The Corsair fans gonna be a gift from my mother because I earned a scholarship to college

So thats why I ended with AMD and some Corsair fans
