GTX 780Ti

uribin117
Go to solution Solved by Aniallation,

Problem is where I´m buying my components dont have EVGA 780Ti so now is ASUS or PNY

Its something difficult to find certain models of GPU here in Mexico

Then I would just get whichever is cheaper. PNY is one of those underestimated brands like Zotac, they actually make decent cards.

Hi; well I´m preparing for a new build and a will buy an GTX 780Ti but the PNY with the stock cooler is so damn sexy with the GeForce Led and the metal case or 3 MORE OPTIONS

  1. Asus Direct CU II OC
  2. PNY with a 3 fan cooler
  3. Zotac Edition

The stock cooler is noisy? does it affect performance?

Thanks for your help

Will upload photos of the biuld

EVGA has hands down the best warranty service with their cards. They don't care what happens, if your card breaks, whether it's your fault or not, they'll replace it.

ACX cooler is also really good

EVGA or bust when it comes to reference cooler. The rest slap on stickers of their logos on it.

lol I had an EVGA 8800GTS 512MB and the sticker was literally held on with two pieces of double sided tape. Took off the sticker and underneath was a 100% reference card complete with NVIDIA logos and design

The reference cooler will be significantly louder than any custom cooler solution. That said, the reference cooler is so damn sexy.

I Know! Thats the problem!

Well my new build gonna be in an NZXT H440 with all the fans from corsair the quiet ones so the damn sexy card could peek from the window of the case

Yup. But now, look at EVGA's ref models, they are spot on the exact way Nvidia sent them.

EVGA 780Ti with reference cooler or EVGA 780Ti with ACX cooler.

EVGA doesn't put any stickers on the reference cooler, has great warranty, comes with a poster, etc. etc., and the ACX cooler looks awesome as well, one of the best looking coolers imo.

What is the reason for a 780 ti? If you can take a bit of a performance hit, the 290's are good deals right now and are still beast of card. But id say ASUS or EVGA for your question

I went with a PNY GTX 780 because it was the cheapest new 780 I could find. It looks sexy and with its reference design I won't have any problem finding a waterblock for it when I start watercooling.

waterblocks are sexier lol

AMD FX 8350, ASUS Sabertooth 990fx R2.0, Crucial Ballistix Tracer 4x4GB 1866, PNY GTX780, Corsair HX850, Phantom 630, Samsung 120GB SSD, WD Black 2TB HDD

Rest in peace, legend.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, Gigabyte RTX 3070, 32GB RAM, 4TB Samsung SSD, and a crippling depression that causes me to buy games and not play them lol
