$150 Upgrade help

I am on a $150 budget for an upgrae!
I am upgrading my CPU and Mobo and I need help. 
Can anyone send a list of a good $150 upgrade? 

More info: My friend recommended me an FX 6300 processor which is $107 in amazon.
If there is a good mobo combo with the FX 6300, I would really appreciate it!

GPU: GTX 660 MSI OC
RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600MHz
PSU: 500w EVGA 80 plus (Not Bronze)
OS: Windows 8

How do you have 6 GB of ram? You have an apu so unless you used 3 2 GB sticks I don't how that works

A new CPU and motherboard is recommended for an upgrade, however there's nothing really good for $150. It's worth spending a bit more to upgrade those two.

My Acer desktop came with 6GB. It's one 4GB stick and one 2GB stick. There's 4 slots on the motherboard.

The Pentium is a better CPU if youre gaming and much cheaper Im not a fanboy i tell it how it is. I would suggest getting that + a hyper 212 evo if you want to overclock and z87/z97 pc mate mobo both are cheap.

Just throw an athlon 760k and you are fine. I don't really see anything else to upgrade, save your money for later.

if you still want FX 6300 i can do but over 7$
