what is a good gpu water cooler i have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119297&cm_re=storm_trooper-_-11-119-297-_-Product and plan on getting the 290x and want to get the cooler master nepton 280l for my cpu.

Actually, you could wait for Corsair's upcoming GPU Bracket, I hear it solves the VRM heating issues of the G10 by keeping the blower style fan on the Reference 290s.

The only issue with the HG10 is that it is ONLY for reference design cards.  If you are buying a reference 290, sure, wait for the HG10.  Otherwise, the G10 modification is one hell of an alternative for ~$100.  Especially for the AMD cards, you can expect a 40C decrease in temperatures.

Cards sometimes differ from the reference design in layout. Meaning vram and vrm modules are located differently and die height as well as length of pcb can differ.

also side note i plan on getting the 280l coolermaster liquid cooler for my cpu so if i get the hg10 i have to get the cpu part as well no way to get the radiator by themselves is there

I don't understand what you're asking.  If you want an AIO for your CPU, and you live in America, look into the Cooler Master Seidon 240M.

my cooler master storm troop can hold a 280 up top and a 240 on bottom i want the 280 nepton for my cpu but it is closed loop, so my question was if i get the gh10 for my gpu all it is the bracket i need a radiator to put for the bottom for my gpu is their any that come without the cpu attachment just the radiator itself and tubes. so again one seperate for my cpu and one seperate for my gpu the gpu i need a radiator for since the gh10 doesnt come with one

You aren't making a lot of sense.  What I think you are asking is for 1 AIO(All-in-one) Cooler for the CPU and 1 for the GPU.  That is what I did.

What you do is buy the Nepton for the CPU, and that is its own contained unit.  Then you buy another AIO Cooler for the GPU.  It uses the same CPU attachment, the GH10 and G10 are just brackets that attach this AIO Cooler onto the video card.  Watch some videos about the G10 and HG10 because you need to see for yourself how it works.  Depending on your GPU, the HG10 will not work, it is for reference design cards only, and we are not sure how well it is going to cool the VRMs, and when it will be released, it keeps getting delayed.

If you would like some help from people who have a lot of experience with the G10, check out the Overclockers.net G10 Owner's Club.  The people on that forum are incredibly helpful and share all of their mounting methods because this is a modification, you will have to take some steps that you may not be comfortable with and these people will help guide you through it.

No, only certain coolers are compatible with the G10.  The Seidon is not one of them.

well,he could just buy an r9 290 with pre installed vrm cooling that isn't part of the heatsinks,

and then there would be no problem installing the g10.

I think VRMs are rated for up to 120°C..... but don't quote me on that

imma water cool it with a custom loop

Alright, just know what you are doing because you asked some questions earlier that sounded like you hadn't done your research.  Do your research, you're about to embark on a very expensive and complicated project.
