It depends on the nodes you are using, and who has control of them as to who can and cannot observe you.

 

A general rule of thumb is to assume negatory.

Nope. In fact there are semi-credible sources that say that if you use it or any privacy tool, you are one of the people "they" (like the NSA or someone) are watching. There are pretty significant holes in the TOR network

Nothing makes you anonymous. You have an account on LTT? You are not anonymous. Your personal information is already on the internet, nothing you can do about it.

Not at all unless you use 10 other things at the same time ie: NO java allowed at all, VPNs, remote linux servers, multiple times until you create a layer of encryption that would take forever to crack.
