Like the others PlastiDip but you'll want to do a coat of gunmetal grey first then the white as the white is kinda runny otherwise.

every option is said or if you want to be expensive go to a print factory and let them do the work add some gold and ruby's because when you case cost over 5k it don't matter if its nice or not its expensive and that makes it beautiful.
