well, is it worth it? and will it even take a good gpu? i have a radeon 280.

 

im not even fully into WoW but i feel like ill be addicted after i get to higher levels as DoT warlock sucks early it seems

 

anyway will it require another gpu or could mine handle it? all settings to ultra also

But on the monitor question, ive seen some screen shots of people playing on setups where the image is spread over 3 monitors and it looked pretty crap because the objects/terrain/text all seemed to be stretched.

WoW is not really GPU-intensive, it's more about the CPU. Your card will handle 3 screens no problem, but i bet you'll drop down to 5-10 fps (if not lower) in 25-man raids and in the main city (shrine). 

I think you will even have trouble with the 4690k on a decent OC getting good fps in raids.
