Sadly I have to disagree with @Izaya Orihara I think it'll cost more on the higher end of what he said expect $750 USD maybe 1k-1200ish if you buy premium parts...

In general for a typical soft tubing loop around $500-$600, for hard tubing in the region of $600-$700. If you do more extravagant loops such as dual pump, multi res, then it can go to basically greater than 1K. This can also depend on where you live and how readily available product are in your region.

H220X+ extra rad+ a GPU Block . You can do it for 400$. Also you can get a nice loop with great parts (EK and stuff) for 700$ ish.

Or, you could buy an AIO for each.  Thats what I did and neither my CPU or GPU exceed 50C when gaming.  Cooler Master Seidon 240M($60) for my CPU and a Kraken X31 + G10 + Heatsinks($120) for my GPU.

CPU = $60-$150

GPU = $85-$150

If you want something with greater value, the best is the swiftech H220 or H320 AIO CPU cooler which allows you the ability to add in a GPU block to the loop, that should be on the lower end, around $400 for a GPU and CPU loop.

Holy hell that's a lot of money.

For starters, buy the Cooler Master Seidon 240M.  That is the absolute best 240mm AIO for its price.
