Graphics Card Problem

Hi, I've recently got a problem where when I was videos; on youtube or VLC media player, I get these weird rectangles (http://puu.sh/b36bz/8b455032ea.jpg) picture of them. It's not my monitors too cause I've tried them with a different system and they work fine. I have dual monitors too if that helps with fixing it.

Only with Msi Afterburner
