I have panic attacks now because I'm withdrawing from Saphris and I've gotten 2 hours of sleep since Tuesday.

 

I had a panic attack when I tried Buspar and it put me in the psych hospital for a day because the meds lowered my serotonin to dangerously low levels and had the opposite effect.

 

I had a panic attack before I had spinal surgery (the 2nd time in the same spot on my spine)

 

I had a panic attack when I was humiliated by a professor for laughing at something I thought was funny.

 

I had a panic attack the first time I tried to come off Saphris last month but I had to go back on because I was so tired that I started talking to someone who wasn't there.

 

I have panic attacks when thinking about getting older and not finding my place in the world.

 

I had a panic attack when I was diagnosed with high functioning autism and I had to add that little shit diagnosis into my life.

I had a really bad panic attack once. it was intense and I definitely wouldn't want to go through it a second time

I used to. I did nothing but MMORPG in my free time and had a bit of a toxic friendship / business relationship issue. I'd throw up most food I ate, and had a few episodes that I thought were heart attacks. Once I realized what was going on it was easier to make changes. I axed the toxic relationships, and stopped the MMORPG addiction. Replaced that with healthier food/drink habits and exercise and it kind of just worked itself out. Still have some agoraphobia, but at least I don't feel like I'm having heart attacks anymore.
