Most likely not. Driver support won't be there.

As @ZetZet said driver issues.

No way... Nvidia doesn't even release drivers directly for graphics for OSX. All updates come through Apple. We don't have G-Sync on actual Macs, so this isn't going to happen (now I know very few macs have G-Sync applicable graphics, but still).
