Gaming RAM?

Go to solution Solved by gylmir,

true you can take 400$ for 2133 ram but save a lot when taking 1333 its the same just take low cas latency and that would be normally 9.

games are not really affective by ram the different between 800mhz and 2133mhz is around 1 fps in games so not that much of a change unless you use software that really need fast ram.

RAM is RAM, so long as you get the correct version (which would be DDR3 these days) it will work fine. Don't waste money on getting fast RAM as it won't make any difference that would justify the cost, any kit of 1600Mhz RAM will do fine.
