As much as I've never messed with AMD before, if you're rendering I suggest you get an 8350 but honestly a I7 would be great too. 
 

Secondly, an Intel Pentium G3258 is going to suck in any real gaming or rendering build. A 770 is an okay medium graphics card but once again I suggest going the R9 290 / 290x version.

i7 is going to top the 8350 without a doubt, but for the price, and for rendering, the 8350 would be the way to go.

no you can get a xeon that's the same as a i7 for the same price

Massive bottleneck there man, ditch the SSD and take some money off of the GPU so you can get a better CPU.
