I would like to PAY and download windows 8.1 as cheap as possibly from a legit source 

please can i have some suggestions. i've already seen the official download that is £99.99

its for a clean install not an upgrade

I was wondering this myself but I have heard the rumors of win 9 coming out sooner than they originally said. It's now more likely to come out Q1 or Q2 2015. So im waiting unless I can get 8.1 super cheap
