So this is weird not sure if it's true but it seems they were being honest about favouring PC

Probably because they keep fucking  up multi platform releases

 

While if they just DEV for pc they will have a much better time

Why should they keep on doing that anyway? No one is developing games for the PS2, so why would anyone still develop games for the older generation of consoles?

No this doesn't mean they are favoring PC, but it will help a bit because it means that the PC version and the new consoles versions don't have to be handicapped.

 

Why should they keep on doing that anyway? No one is developing games for the PS2, so why would anyone still develop games for the older generation of consoles?

Because ps3 and xbox360 still have a large install base, unlike ps2. So there is money to be made which is why some devs continue to support them.
