Data monitoring program

BenjiGoneMad

Can any of you guys help me, im looking for a program, that can tell me the amount of mb/gb i upload and download over a given time period, any suggestions?
I can only get 10 Mbit with my current internet provider, the service is unlimited, but if i change provider, my internet speed could be 100 Mbit, but then there is limits.

Try NetWorx, I use it to monitor some of my servers, it works good for me and it is free.

+1 for NetWorx, have been using it for a while and it's pretty good. Although I mostly use it as a taskbar monitor so I can see what sort of speed I'm currently getting/using it also tracks usage by hour/day/week/month/year.

Spiceworks is what I use for one client, but it does more than just monitor network data usage.
